Use a bee brush to gently move your bees as needed. This beekeeping tool is ideal during honey harvest when bees must be removed from frames prior to honey extraction. You may also use your brush to gently sweep bees off queen cells and away from frames during an inspection. Using a wooden bee brush is safer and more effective than your hands or any other tool to move your bees. To preserve hive health, we recommend brushing your bees sparingly, only when needed.
